How to use the GIS entry and information system:
General information on registering a claim can be found in this notice.

1. Select insolvency proceedings
Enter in the empty field the file reference of the proceedings on which you would like information or would like to make entries, and then click on "Search". The required proceedings will then be displayed below the search field, and you can open them by clicking on them.
Alternatively, you can select the entry "Designation of proceedings" in the first field of the screen, and then select "as" or "begins with" in the second field. You can then enter the start or a part of the company name in the third field, and then start the search.
If the proceedings you are looking for are not displayed, you can display a list of all proceedings starting with a particular letter by clicking one of the letters in the list, and then selecting the proceedings from this list.

2. General information on insolvency proceedings
You will now be shown the following information on the selected proceedings:
Designation of proceedings, Court, Court file reference, Status, Dates

3. Claims registration
Please click on the menu item "Claims registration" and then follow the instructions shown on the page. You will be asked for a password.
Have you as a creditor been allocated a PIN number?
If so, please enter the number here, and the click "more":
If you have not yet been allocated a PIN number, please click "more"!
After successful claims registration, we will send you a valid PIN number.
Please follow the instructions on the following pages, and enter your claims. At the end, you will be shown a summary of your entries. Please print the summary out, sign it, and send it together with the corresponding documentation to the insolvency receiver.

4. View receiver information
You now have the facility of viewing the receiver’s information on the status of the proceedings, remarks of the receiver and further dates. Please enter your PIN number in order to view this information.

4. View my claims
After the reporting date, you have the facility of viewing the result of the check of your claim registration online. This applies both for claims registered online and claims registered by post.
Please enter your PIN number in the field in order to view the status of your claim.

5. View reports and documents
After the reporting date, you have the facility of viewing reports and other documents stored in the system.
Please enter your PIN number in the field in order to view the reports and other documents.
